A complete cloud phone system, without a rack in the basement
Ninety-plus business calling features, auto attendants, hunt groups, voicemail transcription, mobile and desktop softphones and CRM integration — administered from one browser tab and updated without maintenance windows.
Included in every seat
Everything a modern phone system should already do
Feature parity with an on-premise enterprise PBX, minus the licensing renewals, the maintenance window and the specialist consultant.
Visual call flow designer
Build auto attendants, time-of-day routing, holiday schedules and skills-based hunt groups by dragging nodes. Publish changes instantly, and roll back to any previous version.
Softphones and desk phones together
Native iOS, Android, Windows and macOS clients alongside auto-provisioned Yealink, Poly, Snom and Grandstream handsets. One extension, every device, seamless call move.
Recording with compliance controls
Always-on, on-demand or rules-based recording with encrypted storage, configurable retention, granular access logs and PCI pause/resume for payment capture.
Presence, chat and video built in
Team messaging, presence-aware transfer and 100-participant video meetings from the same client — so you are not paying for a second collaboration vendor.
CRM and helpdesk integration
Screen pops, click-to-dial and automatic activity logging for Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics 365, Zendesk and ServiceNow — plus a generic webhook for everything else.
Live analytics and wallboards
Real-time queue statistics, agent state, abandonment and service level on configurable dashboards, with scheduled reports delivered to stakeholders.
Why enterprises retire on-premise PBXs
An on-premise PBX is a depreciating asset that demands a refresh every five to seven years, a support contract in between, and a specialist to change a call flow. Hosted PBX converts all of that into an operating cost your team can administer themselves.
- No capital expenditure, no hardware refresh cycle and no end-of-life migration projects
- Add, move or remove users in seconds — including seasonal and contractor seats
- Every site shares one dial plan, one directory and one set of call flows
- Remote and hybrid staff get the identical experience without VPN or SBC gymnastics
- Feature releases arrive continuously instead of via a disruptive major-version upgrade
No capex
Replace refresh cycles and maintenance contracts with a predictable per-seat cost.
Self-service admin
Non-technical administrators can change call flows without a consultant.
Site-independent
One dial plan across every office, home worker and country.
Always current
Security patches and features deploy continuously with no downtime.
Live in four structured phases
Most deployments of 100–500 seats complete inside three weeks.
Discovery workshop
We document extensions, call flows, opening hours, queues, recording obligations and integration requirements — usually in a single half-day session.
Build and configure
Your tenant is built, numbers are staged for porting, devices are auto-provisioned and call flows are recreated in the visual designer for your review.
Pilot group
A pilot cohort runs live for one to two weeks on real traffic. We tune routing, audio settings and device profiles based on their feedback.
Full rollout
Remaining users migrate site by site with drop-in training sessions, followed by a 30-day hypercare period with daily engineering check-ins.
What is included at each seat level
Every seat includes core telephony. Higher tiers add supervisory, compliance and integration capability.

Hosted PBX questions, answered plainly
Still unsure? Our voice architects answer technical questions directly — no gatekeeping through sales.
Usually not. We auto-provision Yealink, Poly, Snom, Fanvil and Grandstream handsets, and most SIP phones manufactured in the last decade will register successfully.
Proprietary handsets tied to a legacy vendor's PBX are the exception — those genuinely cannot be reused. During discovery we inventory your estate and tell you exactly which devices carry over and which need replacing, with no pressure to buy hardware from us.
SIP trunking supplies connectivity to the public telephone network; your own PBX still provides the features. Hosted PBX supplies both — we run the phone system as well as the connectivity.
Organisations with a recently purchased on-premise PBX often take trunking alone and defer the platform decision. Those facing an end-of-life PBX generally move straight to hosted, since the migration effort is comparable and the ongoing cost is lower.
Their softphone re-registers over mobile data automatically, and inbound calls follow the user's find-me-follow-me rules — typically ringing the mobile client, then a personal mobile number, then voicemail.
Because the PBX itself is in our cloud rather than at your office, a site outage affects only the users at that site, not the organisation's call handling.
Yes, and most enterprises do. We can trunk between your legacy PBX and the Telecorenetwork tenant so extensions dial across both systems transparently while users migrate in cohorts.
Hybrid periods typically run four to twelve weeks. There is no additional platform charge for running both in parallel during a planned migration.
Recordings are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and stored in the region you nominate — EU, UK, US or APAC. Retention is configurable from 30 days to 10 years, with legal-hold flags that exempt specific recordings from deletion.
Access is role-based and every playback, download and deletion is written to an immutable audit log you can export.
Yes. Every deployment includes administrator training, live end-user drop-in sessions during rollout, and a library of short task-based videos your team can reuse when onboarding new staff.
Enterprise accounts also receive a customised administrator runbook documenting your specific call flows and escalation procedures.
